To change the general outline shape of your face, you need to measure some scales, External face outline shapes and patterns:
Oval face: the length is one and a half times the width of the middle with the other two widths different.
Round face: the length is equal to the middle width with the other two widths equal.
Rectangular face: the length is greater than the width with equal widths.
Square face: length is equal to widths.
Diamond face: the middle width more than the lower and upper widths with equal.
Heart shape face: the lower width between the two corners of the lower jaw is less than the middle width and the upper equal parts.
Inverted triangle face: the upper width at the forehead is greater than the width between the two corners of the lower jaw.

Steps:
-From the inside of the mouth between the gums of the teeth and the upper lip. The tissues (muscles and fat) are separated from the cheekbones or chin to make the cavity for implant (the piece made of Medpore or silicon). The wound closes with absorbable sutures within a week of the operation.
What do you expect during the recovery period after the augmentation of cheeks and chin?
- Avoid any shocks that may affect the location of the magnifier. Slowly chew the process for three days after the procedure to maintain the location of the magnifier. Therefore it is preferable to use liquids for feeding. As well
- Some swelling may subside within days after the procedure with cold compresses.

What do you expect during the recovery period after minimizing cheeks and chin?
Some swelling and bruising can be relieved within days after the operation.
Post-operative pain is slight and some analgesics can be used to prevent its occurrence.
You can practice all of your daily activities within hours after the procedure.
Usually changes are noticeable once the process is completed and the results are lifelong.
